Default I have a problem

I have Camaro LS1 Procharger F1c, With cog drive,
every couple of times I floor it the prochager belt get damaged badly,
But everything built on fine.

Where is the belt getting damaged at?? The top side or the bottom side? The teeth or the belt itself? A little more info helps.

the belt itself get damaged, usually start from the top to both sides , thanks a lot

It took a lot to get my cog drive to not eat belts. Flex was my major issue. I had to remake all my spacers from aluminum to steel, precision drill the holes, add bracing and align everything perfectly. See if the belt wants to walk in or out when you accelerate it and let off.

i was thinking something flexing, or belt tension. what you posted above is good to know.

I'm not from america, we don't have bodyshops that can do that kind of stuff,
can you remake mine like remade yours ? and I'm ready to pay you with interest.
I'm really suffering with this.
