The UMI mounts are built to the exact dimensions as the factory mounts. Make sure you have the offset of the motor bolt hole the right way.

The solid mounts don't allow any flex or movement like the factory rubber mounts do. This means the pedestals on the k-member need to be perfect. If the tolerances on the k-member motor stands are different than factory the mounts won't go on easy.

If the k-member worked with the stock mounts it is probably in tolerance to their tolerances but might not be dead on enough to work with solid mounts.

When you try to match together two different manufactures items it can be tricky at times.

I hope that helps,
Ryan

Wow....when I tried it with the stock k member they Didnt even line up, I called umi and they said try flipping the mounts so the side that says up is facing down, works perfect now with the stock k member and the bmr turbo k member, note to umi, please fire whoever screwed that up!

I had the same problem. I had to sell my UMI mounts and use Poly's.
