There aren't very many single beehive springs that are good for what you're doing. In fact the Manley Nexteks are the only ones I would consider in a single beehive at that level. I can't guarantee it's your problem, but it sure wouldn't surprise me.

No they are the com cams dual valvespring rated @ 650 lift. Not sure about seat pressure though.

That is huge gap for a boosted application IMHO. I am on 9psi and am gapped at .030. Also, what turbo (T4 or T6, A/R etc) and size of motor? Stock cube?

Stock CI Forged. S380 I am going to get some new plugs and gap at .028 but someone told me i should here it cutting out or see it on graph... But it didn't seem like there was any valve float to it or missing or cutting out. I'm starting to question they dyno machine i was on... It has been tossed around and was known or called as the dyno *****... Been in like 5 shops and old... But i dunno...

Yeah... mine are TR6's too but i'm pretty sure i left them at stock gap. I'm questioning myself now if i gapped down to .030 I'll pull one and see thursday. I Heard like the br7's or something like that are better and not as hot as tr6's... Might try those.

If you were getting valve float, you would notice it. It would show up on the graph. While full throttle, the graph line would either stay flat as rpm's raised, or dramatically fall. Raising boost would make it worse. Hmmm?

Mine pulled clean, no cutting out or anything when the valvesprings were bad, it did flatline hp on the dyno, but after it was fixed it flatlined hp also, just made a lot more.

Your plugs are too hot... and projected tip.

Sounds like you have **** valve springs.

You didnt retune for the change.

and it could be be blowing through the converter with the added power, or slipping the clutch.

I believe it is the BR7EF is the plug you would want to run if your trying to get another step colder than the TR6's

don't think it's clutch... RTX twin disc 3k miles on it. Accourding to tuner it should of made more power. We are at loss

Dyno numbers said so.... And according to guy with dyne. He claims they can see if it's sleep from the dyno.... He claims no spinning on dyno.

So... Just pulled a plus. .035 or so.... Tr6's... Brief .028 here I come... But I still would like to know if anyone thinks it will fix problem? Like I say no missing or cutting out on old plugs. Not even a back fire. Smooth and healthy sounding.

Like I mentioned earlier throw your stock rockers back on. After market roller rockers have caused a ton of problems with valve float on many setups.

I'll give it a shot. I know they are a bit heavy. Just thought would be nice to have good set on. But I do on the other hand hear that the stock lifters and rockers are great from factory.

You cannot beat the stock rockers, they are the lightest out there. All the after market roller rockers have too much mass over the tip of the valve. you honestly have nothing to lose at this point by trying them out. A difference of .008" plug gap will not magically cure your issues. It will help if you have a miss fire though, which shows up as small lean spikes on your wideband.

That wasnt what I was refering to. Your engine might make more power... but it goes through the trans. I know you say your clutch is supposed to be good for X amount of power... But way too often things dont hold the power they were supposed to. Just a thought...

You still haven't replied with exact turbo specs. The exhaust side of the turbo could be too small.
