Fell off the grid for a while...but I'm back in business
Partially TIG welded in a bracket to mount the driver side turbo, and started the pipe to connect the header to the turbo. Will be putting in a flex connecter at the open joint.

fabbed a second bracket and mounted the other turbo, now the fun job of fabbing the other header. Should be easier than the driver side one was LOL I'll be clocking both turbos downward but need to cut a hole in the battery trays for compressor outlet to clear.

Don't know. Maybe just on hold. Sh*t happens. Its been 5 years this month since I ordered my cam. Just now got mine running.
I pass by his house once in a while. Haven't seen the car out anywhere..

Thats how I see it nowadays. None of it is ****, its all how you decide to see it and move forward from there. Probably busy as hell, these builds take a ton of time and effort. Hope all is well

I'm still out there...
Sorry for the hiatus...the wife and I ended up inheriting a 'project car' from her family. For sentimental reasons, we jumped into that project and put the third gen on hold. Did a frame up restoration on it in just under 1 year. It's a neat car but the complete opposite of the Camaro
We finished the model A last spring then I got the go-ahead to build a BIG garage. 48x44 main area with a 12x44 storage area. Fully insulated and heated. Still finishing up the garage then hopefully will start tinkering on the Camaro again later this year. Going to be nice working in a shop with a lift and enough room to spread out

Started tinkering again...
Got it in the new garage and on the lift
Decided to go motor/mid plates instead of motor mounts. Discovered the old motor plates I used on the 4th gen are nearly a perfect fit...only needed to clearance around the steering box. Also clearanced for the speedway accessory bracket. the 1/4" plate won't cause any issues now...just need to shave 1/4" from behind the tensioner
Also decided to add a horse to the stable 2015 SS (2SS/RS) M6

More progress! I spent all weekend making the passenger header that has only taken me years to get to LOL.
Need to order some 3" bends for the downpipes and figure out what wastegates I want to run.
