Default em i getting a good deal ??

a buddy of mine is giving me a switzer turbo he says is 78 to 80mm he was going to mike it for me to tell me how big it is. not sure if is t4 or t6 split housing. he says it goes for 1400 new its freshly rebuilt no play at all. he's giving it to me for 650 whats u guys opinion

what can i expect to get out of it ?

im not sure if i spelled the turbo brand correct that's more or less what the name sounds like looking to do a front mount

schwitzer now it turns out the its a 60mm and the hot side is 68mm 151 ar should i even get in to this he's telling me that ill get the car 650 with no problem with it. im new to this need some help

ok that's what i thought after he told me it was a 60mm

what size should i be looking for? its going to be a front mount. i was looking at ebay ones but im scared of them, even tho iv seen them last pretty long. i been told 76mm 78mm 80mm and a .96 to 1.05ar hot side but im not really familliar with any of this im looking for an 800hp final goal

As far as the ebay turbos go i have seen some people have very good luck with them,if i got a budget turbo it would be from on3

thanks guys im going to hold off for a lil bit i already have the truck manis and the carb style intake efi what size should i look for t76 t78 t80 ?

I see that your stock motor, do you plan to forge it? I would say a 76mm, something like a PT7675, TC78, or along the lines of an S475. All of these will reach your goal. What fuel system are you running?

right now fuel is stock. i will be getting a walbro 255 soon. i already need it for my nitrous set up that I'm running now. the car will end up with a 370 ci at the end but that's long term. stock crank forged rods and pistons. heard one of the best things would be and ls6 cam

thanks twin 225 and 80# should be good for how much id like 550 and then work my way up car is not a daily driver
