Turbo Sizing Question.

I have a friend that is going to be putting a turbo on a LS2 and was wondering if this turbo he is looking at is too small? I though it looked too small especially with the T3 turbine. It is going to be a front mount. What are your opinions? It will be intended as a low boost application to spool quickly on the street.

Turbo specs:
Compressor: 4" inlet, 2.5" outlet
Turbine: T3 flange, 3" V-band
Compressor: .70a/r
Turbine: .84 a/r
Compressor Wheel: 91mm/61mm
Turbine Wheel: 74.7mm/62mm

Way way to small, that will choke up in the 4k rpm range.

^ Defiantly, I'm not sure that I would run TWIN T3s. Let alone a single.
