oh yes, this car now has a 5.3 with the zr1 cam, still the s475, circle D converter now, and my friend just welded in a roll cage...

still waiting on the built trans with the brake to finish it off!

83mm turbine? Where does it start to spool?

He said it was 1.05 t4...so prolly has a 83 wheel. Think he said it full spool by 4500.

its the 75mm S475 1.05 AR divided inlet

on the 4.0 it was full tilt buy 4500 the 5.3 will be a different ball game.

trans guy called today ironically and said its done, hes gunna pick it up next week.

I think I may have read it in a diff thread...I built a buddies car with a 4.8 ls9 cam s472 1.10 83mm wheel and t56 3.42 gear in 3rd it makes 1 psi at 2400 and full spool by 3600 12.5psi. Once the turbo gets lit at about 8psi it really starts to go hard...he needs an auto and it would be nasty

Thanks, I'm pretty stoked about my build but it just seems like forever, rent in LA is insane. But soon ill know what boost feels like. I just hope my t56 enjoys it too .

In for the finished setup. You guys do some badass work and in short time. Next summer we should have a couple turbo 4.8/5.3s running around here, thanks for the inspiration

yeah i mean this car is an auto and now has a 4k stall, so its in boost whenever you want even at a dead stop

absolutely, ive installed these wastgates in....

10 or more cars? one of our cars uses 2 of them (one as a spool valve)

and they are awesome. never had a single issue.

oh it works great! it keeps the car level so the power can work on the tires instead of unloading the car all over the place.

it will eventually need a full rear treatment but for now its working really well

19lbs of boost with the 28 inch slicks on the highway

its amazing to watch a datalog of the 118 inlet air temp, drop to 80 as soon as the methanol kicks on at 10psi.

Corvette fuel filter/regulator? Stock mustang fuel lines? Etc...
