Well the snow is almost gone so it's time to put the sleds away and start playing with the car again. I have a few upgrades this year to get my daily driver 9 second street car. I bought a set of 120lb injectors and a turbo blanket for the s475. I'm going to run pump fuel on the street and e85 at the track. The closest station is about 50 miles away but close to my work. I'm trying to work out a deal with the ethanol plant that's just down the road to buy it directly from them but I haven't got the right contact info yet. I will have dyno comparisons with the s475 on the car going from pump fuel/meth to e85 within the month. Anyone want to take a guess on how much power I pick up?
P.S. the car will be getting new paint too.

Well I got the new wheels on it. It took 46lbs off the car. I tested my E85 and it turned out to be E95. It sat outside in a plastic can for 2 weeks so I'm thinking that some of the gas has evaporated. I have a video of it and the valve train is louder than the exhaust.

Need to cut a bit off the rear coils to get her sitting right.

Here is the video of an idle clip. Does my valve train sound abnormally loud to you guys? I've verified pushrod length. 150lbs on the seat. Still have to check for good oil flow to the top end but there was oil in the top end when I checked the push rod length. The valve train is actually louder than the exhaust going down the road. It's embarrassing.

I don't know to tell you the truth. I've put a stethescope on them and I can't tell the difference. If it's the injectors they are really f'ing loud. So loud that I would consider going back to a blow through carb setup. It's louder than my buddy's solid roller. It's going to my cousins shop on Thursday so I can get it up on a hoist and check some stuff out so I may have him give a listen to see if he can figure it out.
