Ok. he asked me where i want the fuel pressure and i stock at 58psi so i have a feeling in the tune its set for 58psi

so the car idles. I took the computer back to my tuner and we went through the tune with a fine tooth comb. we compared it to multiple other 2bar SD tunes. We turned off VATS for now (i really think this was it). I also plugged the vacuum port on the FPR this time around, which was also probably contributing to the problem. I did have to bring the fuel pressure way up and then scale it back after it started idling better. the only thing now is that opening up the throttle body any, makes it idle worse but thats more tuning related and without the ability to scan the car, im not too worried about it.

Im shooting to trailor it down and get a tune next week!

Massive thread dig here, but what was the outcome. Im having the same problems, with a similar setup.

It was some sort of Operating System error. We ended up flashing a stock 99 OS back onto the computer and starting the tune over. Everything went great after that. I know up until that point, the car had an 02 OS in it.
