I'd lean more that the GT47 turbine is out of steam, the housing may move the power to a higher range. great numbers nonetheless

What lift are your springs good too and what lift is your cam?

If you have plenty of room to shim them before you reach coil bind, I would for sure shim them to raise the seat pressure.
588 lift and they're Manley dual springs.

It looks to be turbine related. I'd measure backpressure pre-turbine.

I have see. Valve float before on the dyno and the graphs don't look like that...
