Default How much area for a air to air intercooler for a vortech ysi?

I realize that it depends on how hard you're spinning the sucker, but for a streeet aplicaiton, how much area do I need before it becomes a restriction? I also know it depends on whether it's a chepo or a higher quality made one as well.... Let's assume it's higher quailty...

edit... hot side area: the amount of area going into the intercooler, not the length of the tubes...

Both play a part. The longer the tubes the more area you need as the tube length poses a restriction.

Fit the biggest you can...it's as simple as that
