Default piping question

Buying my parts from Stainless Works. Was told they made a good product. My plan is to weld 2.5" V-bands to the existing 2.5's coming off my truck manifolds and then to T3 flanges. for each turbo. I assume 2.5" v-bands require 2.5" piping yes? I plan to go with 304 stainless .49 thickness. Order some straight pipe and their bag of bends.

If that's a 2.5" Sch. 10 SS piping, that you're talking about in the picture, you'll need close to a 3" v band. Maybe even a 2.75".

The sch. piping measures larger in Dia. than regular 16 Ga. tubing.

Im using 2" sch. 10 Stainless. But the V Bands I'm using are 2.5" assemblies.

The bands you see now are 2.5's.
