What fans are you using and were you able to keep the stock plastic air dam and the ones in front of the condensor?

I haven't put them on yet, but am running dual spals in front of the radiator. I plan to put the air dam on as well.

Well my dual spal setup is too big, found that out tonight. I ordered a pair of derale 16925 ie the baddest pusher fans on the market.

I have had a great teacher as a fabricator, my dad. He taught me everything when it comes to fabricating. Then looking at lots of pictures on here and a lot of trial and error. The money part I do it as cheap as possible and spend the money where it counts. I sold my f1a and it funded most of this project. Thanks for the kind words.

Here are some videos I took today. Can't run it too long without fans, but they should ship by this Friday hopefully.

Here is a better idle clip, the first one is kinda distorted.

Here are some pictures of the manifolds and some other misc parts before they were installed on the car.

This is the downpipe that goes between the motor mount and the steering shaft.

This is the shurflo pump I used for a scavenge pump for the turbo. $50 from Northern. It works perfect so far.

This is the main pipe that is under the car

This is the merge to the wastegate

This is the wastegate location and me starting on it.

I am remaking new brackets for the intercooler. I will get some pics of that as I make it. Also waiting on the fans to come off backorder.

Thanks man. I have spent a lot of late nights on this thing and happy that its finally running. The sound is a little distored because of my phone, I will get some with my video camera. I was going to do a setup like yours orginally. I really like your setup and was inspired by it. I sold my procharger. I bought the manifolds, then got to thinking and decided on a big single for the simplicity. Yours will get there and be a cool setup. Its been really hot lately in the garage, but I figured now is the time to work on it because I enjoy driving it when the weather is cool.

Thanks man, glad you like. It won't be on the dyno probably for a while. Maybe this fall. There wasn't a whole lot of options to keep the ac and I came up with this design and just went with it. Maybe more people will keep the ac.

Well the shurflo pump that I was using to evacuate the tubo took a **** last night. Still no fans on the car, but ran it enough to drive around the block and car started smoking out the exhaust. Pulled the down pipe off and oil everywhere. Pulled the pump off and wont pump any oil when stuck in a bucket. New turbo werx pump on the way and about to order a meth kit and new gears for the rear. Going from a 4.10 to a 3.08 in the 12 bolt. Still waiting on my fans to show up.

nice job!! I was going to use a c6 on the pass side in my attempt to retain a/c.. I like your idea way better.. and if you got a t6 91 in there my little 76 will be a breeze.. you still have the sway bar?

Thanks man. I appreciate it. You can fit a 76 in there with a bunch of room to spare. I don't have the sway bar on the car because that's where my coils are, but it will fit with the way I have everything laid out. Might eventually put it back on.
