Holy Crap!! LS1 STS Is Installed
Well the install was an all dayer a few complications and a few new made modifications When all was finished drove it around for a bit with my buddy
I told him to watch the boost gauge and if it boost more than 3 psi let me know and ill watch the fuel pressure& Air/fuel and if it leans out ill let off
3rd gear 20MPh floord right at 3 grand it pulled so fricken hard in just seconds i look down 90mph at 5 grand I let off and was like bro i told you too tell me wehn it went pass 3psi he laughed and said in only hit 2 1/2 PSI
This kid drives a 9 sec Jetta and said this **** is pullin man air/fuel sayed dead rich the whole time
2 gear 10 mph punch when it hit 3 grand 2psi on the revlimiter (spun right a 3500rpm)before i could shift
I currenty trap 115 we think on the 2 1/2psi it will go about 117 to118 we will find out for sure friday
The car has 3 inch and FLP LT's and STS Kit
By the way no freaken lag either once spooled!!!! lag until 3 grand

the kid with the white jetta is bryan him and my buddy are friends the same car almost.
ill be taking pics of the kit this weekend right now is getting some of the ststpipes replace with better thought out pipeing the pipe right after the subframe conector peice goes really low there about 2 inches from the ground
So now with the new made pipe its 5 inches off the ground which i never scraped when going over speed bump just a better Idea that it up higher if you are lowered like me its a must do thing!! the cut out is going to be removed from the I Pipe and a dump tube is going to be put on instead of the single tip that comes with the kit with ways 20LBS and has no hanger
SO im putting the dump with a hanger for a little more turbo supports
So today on 2psi i race a cammed ls1 that trapped 117mph i was shifting at 5500rpms in between shifts he would edge out in front but then i would pull him back in, then i through 4th and started to really start coming on him
Its great highway 3rd 4th i have never floored 1st yet though so will see

Best of luck, I hope it has the results you're hoping for, any lower-priced FI set-up only helps the LSx community!

I'm looking at the map for the T04 60-1 and it looks like at redline the LS1 is off the map below 10 psi. We are about 49-50 lbs/min at 1.7 pressure ratio. It's in the sweet spot at about 3000 rpm, but below 60% efficiency as the rpm's increase.

I guess all calculations are off when the turbo is that far away from the headers. Sounds like it works great though! Can't wait to see your track results.
