It should touch 800 easy. I made 830rwhp so far with mine with headders that are to small, just about out of fuel on 18psi with the old style F1. The F1A will be quite a bit more efficient...I'd think you should be able to do it on 16/17psi or so. I see that being easy for you man...how about 900? lol

looking forward in seeing some numbers. What are the cam specs? And how much boost are you wanting to push into it?

I hope it's easy for me! 800 to the wheels through a th400 and the converter would be nice! 900 would be sick but I don't wana take a chance with these ls6 heads.

Do y'all think I should run race fuel or E85? I don't have a meth kit on the car either.

I think e85 will do what you want. Its way cheaper than running c16 and you will get a better cooling charge than with race fuel.

I dont know Im runing a 3.7 (f1A maxed out) and it only made 16.5lbs of boost and I could possibly sqeeze another 1-1.5psi out off it but thats it. Its all according to how efficient you engine is. thanks jeff

yeah i looked recently, and could not find a thread describing the average boost made with an f1-a on an fbody. i am hoping to make 10xx with it. i know it can get you into the 900's but have not really come across any 1k builds with it, but ill keep looking. links appreciated as always.

I might have to take the next step John...car just keeps going further and further down that path anyways. It wouldn't be nearly as impressive as I'll be on a larger cubic inch with a larger blower but it'd be nice to have a couple fast procharged cars that are still street worthy!

Pretty Similar what stall are you using? I am doing a brute speed cam 408, 317 heads ported, 4l80e built, pro yank 3600, meth car weight 4000 lbs. Burkrap sheetmetal rear end 3.89. Properly setup! 85 mm throttlebody and pp intake. I am thinking f-1a or f-1r or f-1 c. And undecided on e-85 Full suspension except a-arms. I might weight on putting k member in until I have a arms.

Circle D 3600 stall, k member only, QA1 all around.
If you have a d1 already, it will be a lot easier to put a F1A.

Quick Reply: Out with the D1SC in goes the F1A
