Default Need Advice on E-85 and Pump Gas setup

I am Building a single turbo 5.3 and am still in the planning stages. I like the advantages of E85 but the availability is poor. What I would like to do is build the engine so it could run on either fuel with just loading a different tuning stragedy. Ok so here are my questions:

1) what size injectors 120lb or 160lb can work well with both, idle quality is as important as max power fuel supply.

2) can I get by without an intercooler, not required for E85, but pump gas will need an intercooler or can I get by with meth injection.

My main concern is being away from home and not having a supply of e85 and having to use 93 octane how big a problem will this be? Is it something the computer can handle or do I need to change programs for the change?

any and all advice is welcome.........ron

If you use a decent ecu and an ethanol sensor, you can run any amount of either fuel as you like. Just tune it accordingly and job done.

No idea if the OEM ecu can accommodate this or not though

they actually make a ls1 411 ecu that has to ecu built into one. so you can program one setting on pump and the other on e85. last time i looked the ecu were about $400
