Ok I'm not saying this is your problem but switch your wires around I bet your fan is pushing rather than pull. I swore mine was pulling but when I was on highway iy would get hot but when sitting still it would slowly cool off. I switched my wires around and boom problem fixed. I strongly suggest trying this. I used my hand to tell if it was pulling or pushing and I thought it was pulling but it wasn't. Use a can of air freshiner spray the radiator from the front of your car and see if the vapors are pulling through or blowing everywhere

This is what the shroud should look like with the puller fans installed. My shroud is a two piece ATI shroud with a 16 inch Spal Extreme and a 9 inch fan.

That's pretty close to what I have, I built my shroud, the location on the ATI piece wouldn't allow me to fit both the 16" and 9". So figured I would start from scratch. What type of temps are people seeing with an iron block when running it hard?
