LSA exhaust manifolds vs. Truck exhaust manifolds

LSA exhaust manifolds vs. Truck exhaust manifolds I know they will both work in a turbocharged application. Has anyone found limitations to either of these exhaust manifolds?
I am doing a Syclone with a built LQ4. Just looking at the options. Looks like I have 3 of them. Truck manifolds, the LSA manifolds or custom made. I don't want to use the truck manifolds or the LSA exhaust manifolds if they will be restrictive.
I just purchased a set of LSA manifolds new for $150 shipped. I have a set of truck manifolds that came with the LQ4 engine that was delivered last week. The manifolds would really cut down my labor on fabrication!
