Would a s480 83mm 1.10 be able to make 750rwhp on 15psi or would the s475 do that no problem with no more then 15psi on pump gas and meth

thanks for all the input guys, i appreciate it greatly. In a funny turn of events, i think this build might be going into a Grand National after all. Think the opportunity has shown itself, looks like my 86 SS might be up for sale...

I think that ill def be running the stock bottom end for a while due to the need for an auto loan until i sell the SS. But I acquired a built th400 with a transbrake in the meantime!!

i would go with the PT88. its easily gonna make the power you want (aka less boost) and is the perfect size for 6.0. everyone here is talking about lag but with a stalled auto youll barely have any, if at all. if its more of street car then anything youll want that 800ftlbs of torque to come in a lil slower anyway(and even then, its not going to spool slow with an auto).

you will not believe me when i say this but after its tuned and running just the way you want it, youll be thinking about turning it up VERY soon after. give yourself some room.

dump that TH200-4R and run the TH400 for sure.

I know of a bunch of Grand National guys running billet everything in their TH200-4R's and they still break stuff.

Put some 3.08 or similar gears out back as turbos love engine load.

If you can get e85 fuel in your area.... run that . 106 octane for under $3/gallon Has cooling properties as well.

I would say go for the pt88, it might be a little leggy but if you grow down the road it will be perfect.. And trans I would say th400 forsure.. And then the normal stuff ls9 gaskets,ls6 intake, and arp studs.. And if you can really swing it maybe a cam from speed inc or custom tryin with good springs.. Some time you will have to change it so take your time and do it right.. Sorry for the sloppy post.. Andrew
