need build idea 5.3 turbo dont really got a budget this just a project ill slowly put together over the years i need some input on wut i should get
i got a 5.3 out of a 05 truck 4 free i wanna get 900 hp or so out of it
wanna do turbo dont matter if single or twin w.e works best for it
i know i need like diff cam forged rods/pistions just dont know good brands or wut esle i need
my machinist priced me 5k for a build is that good? or to high

With just reading the BSnet, i think the most common is a magnafuel pump with big lines, 120lb injectors with rails, stock intake and TB, ls9 head gaskets and studs, s475/80 with a 2.5" hotside with flipped manifolds
