I've run up to 18psi with no issues with a good belt.

Don't believe it works? Check out the video I took of my car on the dyno. Watch the belt stretch under load.

im new to fi world. so if i had just a head unit do i still need the main bracket in addition to this or just this bracket takes the place of everything? thanks in advance

First of all you have to make sure your blower came off a vehicle that was also a reverse rotation. If it is for a standard rotation, you might as well sell the blower and start over. If in doubt the serial number located on the tag can be given to ProCharger and they can tell you what the head unit is from. The Aster J bracket comes with everything required to install it. Many other parts are required, which I will list.
