eBay head studs with ARP specs... ? Comment please...
i used them. i ran 20psi for almost 2 years without a problem. this was on a 6.0 with stock heads and ls3 head gaskets. my car dynoed 753whp on 16psi.

Im running ebay studs on my forged LS1, burgers has been into the 9's with them 97badass has them on his 6.0 build, their is more oh here than you think that are running them. Go to the internal engines and look it up their is a big dispute where last i posted in the thread it was 4 pages long.
I have ran them on multiple engines boost and spray 150shot, my car ran 12psi all day long then I turned it up to 21-22psi with factory 243 with factory ls2 head gaskets with no issue, i was guessing 730-770 to the tire on the 20+psi , I did hurt the engine but never any head problems.

Yea, Im gonna go check out that thread in the internals section... Maybe someone over there have had "bad luck" with them.. No one on this thread hasnt ...
I dont believe the ARP studs are expensive either... However, for someone that is truely wanting a "budget build" on their $500 or less engine, this could very well be a be a corner to cut ESPECIALLY if they are not trying to boost and just make a strong NA motor..
