Default which plugs/gap with ATI

I'm installing the ATI w/ 8#s. What spark plugs should I run and what should the gap be? If they are not something I can get at Autozone/Pepboys or equivalent please recommend where to get them. Thanks

NGK TR6 gapped at .035, or the same heat range plug of other brand. It isnt recommended to run platinum tips.
