149 @ 12psi boost and 3050lbs

i am sure it would much faster if i pushed it on the turbo, but it was 100 out and i was not going to bump the boost when i couldnt hook anyway

the motor likes this one much better, very easy to feel

no back pressure data, but loosing boost is obviously coming from a bad intake to exhaust pressure bias

remember this is a 370" 10:1 engine with 360/250cfm heads and a 232/242-113 cam, u can tell the engine likes it above 6k but the turbo did not

and the the gts is a 75/82mm turbine, the pt88 is a 84/93mm turbine

(pt88 is a 84/93mm turbine) it is? I thought they where 83-84 on the hotside.
so your cam has around 11degs of over lap if I calc. right
damn near the same engine im trying to build 365 10.2 ported l92
your 9.20 is where my goals are.

oh yeah it will rip no doubt about it, i still have a smile from last night on 15psi

the regular pt88 is a 11 blade turbine so you cant just slap a caliper on it and get the exact amount, but it is close to 84mm exducer and 93mm inducer

i just wanted to share the pt88 did make a very nice difference at the track

it now backhalves correctly, you can just feel it is strong out the back and doesnt lay over

this was 14.5psi of boost since i am limited by the 2bar right now

next pass was a 8.91@158

before it would only pick up 28-29mph and def no where near that trap

yes my 60s suck

thanks guys, it was a great feeling, and a big surprise when i got back to the tower

i need to work with the suspension so i can get my 60ft in line now, then it would really go

it is funny because right now it comes out 20ft soft and then it moves out

i cant get it to take an initial hit of power without spinning, but once out a couple feet the little tires will hold all i can throw at it, i have full boost ramped in .5 seconds after i release the T brake

and here is one it was close to taking a hard initial hit but no go..... doe it seem like it is hitting the tires too hard or not hard enough on that hit? cant really tell if i need to drive the tires into the pavement harder initially or not so much

Congrats on the 8 second pass. It looks like you need much more anti squat to be able to hit those drag radials hard. What size and tires are you running?

Those are regular slicks. 26x9

And I agree after watching the vids about the anti squat. You can see watching frame by frame it doesn't drive the tire down on the hit and just trys to turn the tire. Thanks for the input on that

I am rather spoiled on the boost controller, I have an Ams 1000

That was the first I used it on the track I always was just a manual controller before.

That thing is so awesome, should of got one way sooner.

Once I get the chassis sorted out some it should be stout and consistent with the AMS

Works awesome on the street too, just save a different config for track and street, one second to change from one to the other
