Ball bearing single vs journal bearing twins

Ball bearing single vs journal bearing twins Seeing as how choosing a smaller set of twins will help you spool quicker compared to an equivalent big single, and ball bearing center section will as well, which is more important?
If money were fixed and you could get a billet BB single, or two smaller journal bearing turbo, which direction would you go.
ALSO, just to make things even more interesting, where would a pair of rear mounted, billet, ball bearing turbos sit, as far as spool speed?

Rank in importance, (assuming everything else held constant)
-Ball bearing vs journal
-Twin vs single
-Tubing length

In terms of logging WOT boost vs RPM there is not much difference between journal and ball bearing. Where ball bearing is noticeable is tip-in/transients but not something that will make a big difference on a dyno sheet.
