Yes, 2A038-295 is the Vortech part # and I bought mine off ebay. It is an 8 rib pulley and 2.95 is the diameter. Im assuming all Vortech kits had the 8 rib setup but not sure. You will want a slightly smaller belt than the stocker, maybe 1/2 in or so. If not, when you stab it both sides of the belt will barely touch from streching and the belt tensioner forcing them together. I have used Gates belts for 30k miles on this setup with no problems.

do you find it better to run the intercooler set that you have on the camaro in the picture other than the cooler kit that comes with the vortech kit.....

Why not post a picture of your pulley with some dimensions, and they people can see exactly what you need, or need done.
If you just need an off the shelf pulley adjusted in a lathe, it should be a very easy task
But ASP as suggested can make any pulley you'd ever need. ( Auto Specialties Performance ) https://www.autospecialties.com/
Or try contact ECS or A&A Corvette, I'm sure they will know pretty much anything there is to know.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I don't do any custom head unit pulleys. To the op, I've pulled several more psi out of ProChargers by going to a larger air filter, you might try doing that if you haven't. I wouldn't spin the blower any faster than you are until you first know what the impeller speed rating is, and find out what rpm you are currently at. Bob

Any Vortech pulley will work. All you need to do is mill .370"off the back of the pulley and you will be set.
If you go below 2.95" I usually reposition the tensioner. Also the G Trim impeller doesn't like to be over spun. I have seen countless impeller fractures.

0.326 or 0.370 off the back of the pulley?
