waterpump tapped for steam port?

This is true but you can notch the intake and use two LS6 crossovers and run a line with nice clamps.

Even if you did use the oem steam vents that connect all the ports, there is still a good chance they will be blocked. I cut one open and found some of the tubes to be blocked.I made my own set up and tapped the top part of the water pump.

Well yeah I was just saying if you do tap into them you can use them.

Only the the ls1 heads from pre 01 will be tapped right? 799 heads from the gto didn't use rear steam ports or the 243 heads because all of those used the ls6 intake.

I'm using a truck style vent system I blew air through every port and they were clear. No hassle with making some big over engineered setup. Clean simple and just as effective.

So there a way to use a vent release like what is used on the lt1 and tap the water pump to help with trapped air?
