Hydraulic lines for turbo feed and return
I have some diesel friends that make there own feed and return lines out of hydraulic hoses. I ask this bc i have access to all of these hydraulic line makers, and its cheap. Would this be a wise alternative to SS braided hoses? Also would anyone know the standard sizes that are equivilent to 10an and 4an? example 4an=1/4?? Thanks

yea I use forklift hydraulic hose for my feed for my turbo as well and I also use it for all my tranny lines to the cooler...
We have used it too for fuel line and have never one had an issue with it!!
As for the line -4 would be 4/16ths which equates to 1/4
-6 is 6/16ths which equals 3/8"
-8 is 8/16th which equals 1/2"
-10 is 10/16ths wich equates to 5/8s like said above...
all the JIC fittings that you will find on hydraulic line will work on AN fittings.
