Precision turbo rebuild??

i have a Precision pt7675 that has some shaft play and the impeller looks to have hit the housing what are options on repairing this? what would be a rough estimate to repair it?

does it have to go back to Precision? if not who are some good people to contact about getting this turbo rebuilt?

I guess my main question what kind cost am i looking at? I havnt looked into it yet was pretty angry when i found the damage.

I had a local diesel turbo shop rebuild my precision, most of the guts can be ordered and most parts are garrett based. as long as they can balance it when done.
