Need help with turbo!

Well i finally got to start my car last night and it idles pretty good and has a 14 of vacuum but when you start to rev a little the gauge goes to about 10 on the vacuum then down to 20.. I havent reved it to high just incase this was bad.

I referenced from my brake booster into a vacuum block that goes to my fpr, bov, hobbs, and my gauge. Then the bottom port of my wastegate just goes to my turbo. Did i do something wrong?

Its a stock ls1 w/ 317 heads and a pt7675 turbo

Sorry, I don't have any answers for you. I am in the process of finishing up my turbo build and I am new to the forced induction world.
