Default Odd noise and compression

So the engine is bone stock 5.3 with ls6 intake, 80lb injectors, t72 turbo, e-85. I have been driving it most the summer now it has a weird ticking/knocking sound. It sounds like its coming from the intake at least that's where it's the loudest. I did a compression check drivers side from front to back read 1-190,3-180,5-190,7-195. Passenger side reads 2-195,4-235,6-190,8-165. I changed the oil thinking it might be delutted by e85 or something now oil pressure is a bit higher but still makes the noise. If I rev it up it gets quieter but then comes back. Not sure if a lifter crapped out or just needs to pump back up? This all happend after I made a pass up the road and back. Just hoping its not a rod. Oil pressure is at 45 at idle then goes up to 85 cold.

I haven't cut open the oil filter yet to see if there is anything In there. But of course I drained the oil in to a dirty pan so not sure if I can go off that. A buddy said that there might still be crud in the lifter if indeed that is the problem. So it's drive it a hope or tair it down before she blows.

Have you pulled your sparkplugs and checked them?
