That pic is fuzzy has hell on my screen, but looks like a radial... Again, very fuzzy to me, so i could be mistaken.

Biggest tire in the class for domestics is 315/60/15 radial. Imports in that class are running in the 6.9x range so the racing will be close, although the imports are allowed to run slicks.
