Yeah when it says you need a BMR crossmember, it means you need the BMR K-member. Like said previously, BMR has one that is APS specific that will work well for you. I used a BMR K-member that was just the regular tubular one, and not APS specific. It still worked for me, but it was alot tighter and more dificult around the compressor housing outlets.

It seems to me (it's been a few years) we had problems with the inlets collapsing under boost, didn't they come out with better inlets for these kits? Bob

BMR has made 3 different types of kmembers.

the firts one was just a stardard kmember. --- worked but honestly SUCKED ***.

second one is the one Barnet had them re design. Straigh bar in the back curved in the fron. gave more room for the inlets.

then the bmr one that only DKT has ( i am biased, i LOVE this one) there is a lot of room. and is the only one that works with the Ball Bearing upgrade turbos.

-----------------------------------------

but the install is very straight forward. like several have said. follow the instructions. and you'll be fine.

what is your horse goal??

800-900 but i really want that 1k dyno lol I know it will be super hard with the 80e and 9 inch without bumping up to the 6766 dkts which leads me to my next question lol if I got rid of my aps k member and got the dkt specific one will it work with my lgs and the kit until I can afford the dkts?
