Blowed it up last night :(

Had some extra time so I pulled it apart this afternoon - never seen a TH350 break the forward clutch drum/input shaft with this little power. It may have been cracked for a while - at least its an easy fix..
But on the plus side I installed the ultra-cool AMW catch can/oil separator before the car stopped moving - what a nice piece..
Kinda sucks, just put the cats on, street tires, washed it, waxed it, changed the oil/trans fluid and was out cruising and the car just stops moving a few days after running 10.90s

Hopefully I'll have it running again in a couple days..
I do have 115 passes and 2000 hard street miles on it - way more then a stock 4l60 would have lasted with 460rwhp..
It shouldnt have broke that drum with the power I have with no brake, I would imagine the drum cracked when someone pressed the input shaft in. Who knows how many miles it had it on before it made it in this trans and what happened to it in the last 20 years

Thats why I went with a TH350, I have probably rebuilt 500 of these things over the years so its nothing to fix, same with TH400/glide also, but I'm too old to start learning about 4L60s..
