I don't coat the polished parts. I live in a dry climate, and the car never sees bad weather.

It's hard to share my techniques, i have some pretty hardcore buffers that most people don't.

Well, even if you have the killer equipment it takes tons of time and effort to get your results. So I bow to your effort for both form and function. Very nice results.

Got it on the dyno, a blown throttle body gasket ended our day. I'm pretty happy with the little 62's, it should make alittle more power with a bigger turbo.

thats a lot of hp. what do the shortblock internals consist of?

What did your injector duty cycle look like? What fuel pressures?

Stock crank, Manley rods, Racetech pistons.

60% duty cycle. I'm running ID2000's with the Magnafuel 750 Pro Tuner. I think I am running 45psi base pressure.

I know jim pretty well and no one i have ever seen does the polishing work he does. He is so detailed based its rediculous, every ounce of work he does is perfect. Jim how did they talk you into the intercooler... im considering taking mine off.

Wow that is killer. VERY nice polishing. That thing is gonna RIP bigtime if you can get it out of the hole. Good work. Gives me some inspiration so thanks.

Thanks Trent. The guys at the shop twisted my arm pretty hard to get me to put an intercooler on it. Plus i have heard a few stories of melted air temp sensors.
