I thought the jab at LMR would entice Steven to finish that 10.5 car and bring it out next spring ;-)

I'm not sure my little street car can keep up with those big boy race cars... but, I'd be in for the fun of it...

Yeah... You heard right. A little more than a kiss... She smacked pretty hard. I think Tom has pictures posted somewhere.... Parachute fell under the wheelie bar and when it bloomed, it pulled the rear of the car around and not much Tom could do... Except brace himself for yet another wall experience! Simply bad luck! But the .52 pass was pretty good! Skinny Kid is already underway getting it straightened back out and ready for some LS future *** whoopen!

I have no doubt it will be back together soon and better than ever... 4.52 is better than pretty good in my book!

The way that atomic fusion has progressed... It won't surprise me to see it with huge wheelie bars and slicks one day.

I agree with Tom! Bad *** car for sure. One of my favorites!

No.... I just know you want the fastest lsx car... And to do that now, you gotta move to the next step ;-).

Drag radials will only go so far next year ;-). (My opinion is biased now that we have slicks and bars... Hahaha)

2 questions:

1. Was that a small lift I heard 100' out? Or just the boost controller tune-up doing its thing?

2. Noticed you were on the brakes before the light came on. Hmmm. Slow light? Or not showing your true hand??

Yes on 1. Skinny kid said if he see's me lift again the next thing I will see is him driving home! And on 2, while nothing was intentional we are confident .20's with the possibility of a teen with the the stars all properly aligned is feasible.

I just noticed this thread and remembered a little chatter on YB about an exhibition/no limit type of race. I would love to see these cars on wheelie bars and unleashed. I'd throw my hat in that ring too.

Looks like a bust. Classes have been announced and nothing mentioned. Bummer!

Shocker. Makes me wonder about setting it up ourselves. One race that doesn't overlap any other races. Run what you brung LSX. Thoughts?

Been there and done that. After John Ryan did the very first LS race I ran the next 6 or so events after that. I'm not interested in doing it again, there are more races than I can possibly attend as it is so if they don't want this class it's ok. Sucks because I would love to get back with all the guys I started with but not the end of the world.
