That's fine, but the engine builder should pick up the phone, or send an email and relay that information to the customer.

Delays happen, every business has them, but keep the customer informed as to what the delays are, and how long you expect them to be.

Ah, success. After multiple emails and international calls. Oh yeah, ARP sent the wrong studs? Lol.

I thought i was maybe being a bit stupid in getting annoyed at the time it took, guess i had a right too.

So yeah, 2 weeks i've been told. See how it goes. Hopefully good from here.

I hope so...I'm awaiting a reply myself. I paid for a block a few months back for them to hang onto it until I could afford to have it machined. I'm only getting ready now to have it machined though, so the delay there was from my end.

I have emailed a couple of times over the past 2-3 weeks though and not heard back.
