the regular pt88 uses the old school TV garrett wheels
the pt8847 is a better setup, more money
the bearing housing is a bit different and the pt8847 is not quite as tall/long overall as the regular pt88

Good to know. I'm just guessing on my cars weight. I need to get it weighted when I get it back. I have a feeling the car is going to make a ton of torque so I will really need to work on adjusting my suspension to get it to hook.
