I just use the LS1 2 step in the summit or jegs magazine with no issues. I use factory pcm, wiring harness, 160lb injectors (low impedence and with $17 resistors) and my car runs fine at both idle and WOT. No issues with the 2-step.

That looks bad ***. What rear end are you using? And how does it hook with those 275's? I have an 8.8 in mine and I'm trying to figure out which rear tire to get. Sorry to hijack

Thanks man, it has a moser 9 inch that's 4" shorter than stock and the truck works pretty good it's been mid 1.30's on the 275's with the carbed 6.0... I didn't have enough power to 60' any better... Are a set of 80# injectors enough for a setup like this?

im thinking i can fit some some 295's under there. do you have a ladder bar setup or are you using cal tracs? as for the 80#ers yes they will work. if your using e85 i think youll be cutting it close at the 600whp range but i know a couple people around here who do that.

It's just cal tracks and factory leafs.. Rear suspension = stiff - front suspension = soft...

I've had 325's on mine with different wheels and the original fleet side bed but the lip on the bed was rolled to about 1/2" wide and they would scrub the wells a little when the truck was in a bind "body roll"... I don't think I'll have any traction issues with the turbo setup and if I do I'll just work them out...

On the 2 steps I found an LPE and MSD, is one better than the other or are they the same? What do you guys think about the log style headers, are they as good as regular turbo headers? I can build either one but the logs will be easier and I can get the as fittings and pipe at work for them.

The msd two step is good that's what I'll be using i think the lpe allows you to have another rev limiter setting and is like a 3 step or something. I'm doing Log manifolds because they work good and their easier to make and allot smaller to package. I think the only time a header style manifold would be necessary is when your making over 1,000 horse or any crazy numbers.
