Default 224R for a LQ4 with a GT45??

Im building a turbo LQ4 for my T/A. The engine will be stock bottom end for now with some slightly worked 317 heads, ARP studs. I already have a 224r 114LSA in my LS1 that I can use, and I want to know if this would net me some more power? Should I go ahead and stick it in or keep the stock LQ4 cam?

Power goals are 600+ but I am really looking to run 10s consistently.

Out of those choices, I have to go with the 224.

Isn't a gt45 a little small for a 6.0?

Ive talked to a few people who have run this turbo and say itll make good power on a stock comression 6.0.

Would a Z06 cam work better with this combo?

I'm getting ready to put a gt45 on my ls9 cammed lq4. I have yet to find any documented builds with one on a 6.0. I'm just going to put it on and see what happens. I'm shooting to run 10's also but my car is 3200 lbs. Have you actually talked to anybody with one on a 6.0? Oh and ram that cam in!

Decent sized turbine, compressor is small but should still support 600.

I'm in the process of putting one on my 5.7 228r crammed ls1 formula. I'm only shooting for 550 rwhp since its a stock short block still. I'll probly switch to a 5.3 after this one gets boarding so I can turn the boost up more. I'll also plan to on running e-85 with it for a safety factor.
