turbo guys------? about crossover and pcv
Turbo guys using a 4 port crossover or not with a ls6 intake? I have a 5.3 and wondering if I need to use that one or the one from my 5.3
Also is it better to use a ls6 pcv valley cover or a stock 5.3/ls style?
ANy benefits from it for a street/strip car?

my suggestion to you about the crossover pipes is to
use the ls1 style that connects all 4 corners, so youll have
maximum coolant flow through the rear side of the cylinder heads.
i use this exact setup with my turbo 6.0 with the ls6 intake mani.
as for the pcv setup, i see alot of guys lean towards the ls6 pcv setup
on any application, me personally, i just vented my valvecovers.

unfortunatley i dont have pics ATM..
i did however rid of my oil fill pipe/cap, and put a
breather filter in place of the filler pipe, on the
pass. side valvecover, as for the driveside valvecover,
i used the stock pcv hose, disassebled it some, and got
a small breather filter and put it on the end of the hose.
i capped off the pipes that come out of the valvecover as
theyre not needed anymore.
