It's been awhile and lots of things held me up from getting on the dyno like totalling my Tahoe. LOL Motor has be transplanted in a 2003 Suburban 2500 4X4.
Got the dyno tune done and I really feel good about it. You never know exactly how much boost you are going to get until it gets on the dyno and I was only making 7.5 lbs. with a 4 inch pulley on the Whipple so power is down somewhat. But my effort to build for torque paid off as shown in the graph. While I was there I picked up a 3.625 inch pulley and when I get it on this next week I will be back on the dyno again and will post up a revised graph. Hoping for about 11-12 lbs. which will get it over 500/500 easy.
The cool thing is that at idle with the hood closed it sounds pretty much stock.
Going for more boost......... stay tuned!
