i heard too many stories about people getting the wrong gaskets. so i just decided to get the right product for sure from texas speed.

They will work. The LS9 H/G is 4.100" bore, .051" Thick. Consider this when calculating compression for your application.

I'm using these on my 5.3L right now, I shouldn't have any issues with the bore difference, correct?

Wrong, the bore on the ls9 or to big for a 5.3l. It might work but you can get carbon buid up and have a detionation point.

I thought about that too, but there are plenty of people running them on 5.3's and even 4.8's.

4.8 and 5.3 have same bore correct? so if the ls9 gaskets work on 5.3's they should work just as well on the 4.8's.

Would these work better than the 6.0 gaskets on my LS1. I am putting on slightly milled 6.0 heads.
