Superb build, it will be a blast !
Although I'd maybe have opted for a much larger IC, or install some pretty good fans on it.
I assume a lot of work will be slow speed, so airflow through the core might not always be great ?

The intercooler core is rated for 1000hp. I am not too worried about heating up going slow. When going slow you are not usually beating on it. I will beating the crap out of it in the sand and in the dessert, but I will be going fast so airflow will not be a issue.

Very clean & cool build!
I noticed you got a 3.5" aero turbine muffle. FYI, I ran one and inside the muff there is a deflector baffle with a 3" hole in it. Therefore it's not a true 3.5 straight through muffler. Also it had tons of rasp. I'm 3.5 magnaflow bullet now.

Fun with wires! I made a front harness and rear harness. They both plug into the fuse/relay boxes

Tossed her on the dyno last night. Very conservative tune.

Hey, This is Sean. I was picking your brain Last Sunday night on backdoor. What did you end up using for fuel injectors? Stock rails? Awesome run monday night. So close to a win. thing takes a beating for being fresh out of the shop.

Cheap ebay fuel rails. I had to do a lot of grinding on the rails to get them to clear the intake bolts.http://www.ebay.com/itm/GM-CHEVY-BILLET-ALUMINUM-LS1-LS6-INTAKE-FUEL-RAILS-KIT-GUN-METAL-SILVER-/290621370255?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43aa622f8f&vxp=mtr
