Default Ls1 S366 buggy build

This is going to be a bit different then most of you are used to. This is a full tube chassis 4x4 rock crawler/buggy.

Goal is to make 500WHP

Specs:
Bone stock 01 Ls1 with 150k
Single S300sx2 66mm, 73mm turbine, .91 Ar, 8-10PSI
44mm Tial wastegate
50mm Tial Bov
1000cc injectors running E85
Twin GSL392 Walbros
Megasquirt 3 EFI

The specs on the buggy are:
Built dana 60's front and rear
4l80E with Jake's manual controller, Billet Revmax 2300rpm converter.
I might put in Jakes billet input and drum.
Np241 crawl box
Atlas 5.0 transfer case.

Headers are 1 5/8" primaries and the crossover is 2 1/4". I made these small to keep velocity up for quick spool. Down pipe and exhaust will be 3.5"

looks, good, I am also working on a TT offroad rig as well. It should spool super fast and have plenty to spin those tires, plus with the small bit of lag, it will be easier on parts than a N/A motor.

Nice build, I'm doing/ done very similar, just on the other side of the world! You do some neat work mate. I take it that's thin wall manifold ya made? Stainless? Interested to see how it holds up to the heat and weight, (don't get me wrong I'm not saying it won't, just wanted to do the same but opted to go heavy wall)

I used .065" wall mild steel tubing. I will be making a bracket to support the weight of the turbo mounted off the head. I did this on my 2JZ I had in my 4runner and it worked good. I used .065" wall stainless on that one.

Intercooler fabbed up. I started with a Treadstone 3.5" thick core and built my own tanks. I also added a splitter in the bottom tank to divert air flow to the far end of the tank.

Today I ceramic coated the exhaust. I used NIC Cerakote Glacier Black. Came out ok for my first time ceramic coating anything. This is a air dry ceramic. Parts are blasted then coated.
