Pretty sure the outlet on the s475 is 3.5" so either get 3" or 3.5" piping and a 4" core intercooler, 31"x12"x4".

I would machine the v-band off and use a 3" reducer with 3" piping.

Off subject but I thought about a2a and couldn't find a reasonable 3.5"I/O a2a anywhere.

Thats because its not needed. The typical 31x12x4 and Ebay 3" tubing kit is plenty. Use a reducer off the turbo if its bigger.

Yeah, if you're to the point where you actually need a 3.5" tube cooler, you should be buying a more expensive one.

I have the CX Racing 31x12x4" unit on my car, looks great (haven't tested it out yet) and can't beat it for the price on less than 1000rwhp builds lol.

While we're on the topic about the cold kit, you guys have any problems blowing couplers off with those kits? I was concerned about quality of the piping.

Piping is actually good quaility. Ends are bead-rolled so not much coupler blowing. Also holds up to welding pretty well.

Good to hear that. Seeing as ill probably have to fab the cold pipes a little bc of turbo placement.

I have the same ic off Ebay, never had a hose blow off in 3 years of boost. My only issue is im getting 20 psi out of the turbo and 16.5ish in the intake. Its probably a combo of the cheap ic and alot of bends going from turbo to ic to tb.
