120 mph at 3000 lbs is about 870 hp. you are probably 3200 so I would say a little over 900 hp.

DAMN!

only reason i'd put it on the dyno is to check some tweaks, but i figure the track is prob. the best place.

THANKS! I think the best feeling is passing a race car on a trailer as you're going down the highway that you just beat.

I know that feeling, and always wonder what they are thinking when a car that is a second faster than their "race" car cruises by them on the road home, like nothing.

Gear that thing for the quarter(and good mileage), and run DragWeek SB power adder this year. Warning: It is brutal but addictive, trip meter said 1550 miles from beginning to end last year.

Nothing like rolling thru some small town with 10 other fast cars, doing the same thing as you.

ya, i'd like to gear it down, was thinking a 3.08 or 3.27, i just don't know how the converter will act. i just had the converter reworked and my converter guy said this is as tight as he can get it and i really don't feel like dropping 700-800 on a converter right now.

ya, but you never really know what your gonna get from the pump, i mean, i have a 8 gallon cell in it, typically i only put 5 gallons in at a time, last guy prob pumped 87, how much of what's in the lines is 87 before i get the 93? i am prob. doing this on less then 93 octane. just don't want to eat a motor for a few hp.

Thats some pretty impressive times. What controller are you running? Im trying to decide between his and AMS1000.

Boost Leash, similar to the AMS, just half the cost. He's now got a tbrake pulser built into a controller that looks super sick to stage a turbo car.

That's a bad *** car!
Even more impressive in person.
I was with 71 Chevy last weekend, I didn't realize
you were using just the foot brake, Nice!
Are you launching with the line lock and 2 step together
on the same switch? How are you releasing the 2 step at launch? brake switch?
