Got a s400x4 turbo for cheap now wategate setup advice it's same spec as 4708 but ext tip. Would a single tial 44 be enough to control it to 8-10 psi or should I go dual eBay 44s?

You're on the right path with the last couple turbo's you posted. Now just make it fit. You need at least dual 38's or a single 60 for a turbo of that size if you want control down to single digit boost levels.
