It seems like a good piece, that will for sure take care of belt slippage for 8 ribs, thats what my setup was missing out on.......THE WRAP

Its not a problem w/the cogs though because of the teeth situation

yes they include the brace.

I can snap more pics if people would like. I will have the car in the air this weekend to slap in a Spec III so I will try to remember to get some more pics.

I see 9psi by 4500 with the wrong belt (6 rib instead of 8) and the tensioner at it's lowest recommonded setting. No doubt there stuff works.

Once I receive my pulley and belt from them I will actually tension the sucker down a bit and I am sure I will see a consistant solid 12psi by 6000rpm

Once a few people gets theirs I think I will just do the 6 rib, I really dont have any slippage problems but I like the idea of a spring tensioner - its a little easier or bearings

Agreed. I'll have to look again about the bracket...because it looks like another bracket with that pulley up top....I would like more pics if you don't mind...thanks in advance!

Blackbird, is your bracket the steel one from automotion, or the ati piece?
You have a PM also.

Do you send them your bracket or how does it all fit on there? I'm just asking lots of questions because I want to know as much as possible before I do this. I hope you understand and that its ok.

I put my own kit together so I ordered the bracket from SD.

You would need to send them your existing bracket.

check the pics for how it all fits in there

When i talked to them yesterday they told me to send in my bracket and i asked if they needed my steel ATI braket that i bought from Automotion and he said no. He said the spring tensoner is all that i needed and that they have another mount that goes into the motor by the oil pan so the stock aluminum bracket will be enough. He said he can try and do it with the steel bracket but hasnt done one yet. So my steel bracket that has never even been mocked up on the car might be for sale as soon as i find out if he can use it or not.
