Default Turning boost up?

I've got a 5.3/eBay gt45 combo, stock MAF @ 8-9psi and Nelson Performance mail order tune. At wot aem wideband gauge reads 10.2 and runs strong. I can only wonder what im leaving on the table at 10.2 afr. Can I turn up boost and just monitor my afr's or do i need a retune?

Also can I just monitor afr's if I upgaded to a better turbo (pt7675) later that would flow more air? Maybe just turn boost down for proper afr like say mid 11 afr's.

10.2 afr's is pretty rich from everything I've researched, and sending/receiving tunes via mail gets pretty old.
